WK®-DK8040F NF Industrial High Rejection Nanofiltration Elements

WK®-DK8040F NF  membrane element is designed specifically to operate at low energy high flow applications for beverage, light commercial, residential and general industrial applications. The WK®-DK8040F NF -Series proprietary thin-film nanofiltration membrane elements are characterized by an approximate molecular weight cut-off of 150-300 daltons for uncharged organic molecules. Divalent and multivalent ion rejection is dependent upon feed concentration and composition. WK®-DK8040F NF  Nanofiltration Elements are used for water softening, color removal, and reduction of THM potential. WK®-DK8040F NF  Water Softening elements feature a Net outerwrap and 34 mil feed spacers. This element is designed with flush end connections.

1.Permeate flow and salt passage based on the following test conditions:
2,000 mg/l MgSO4, 70 psi (4.8 bar), 77°F (25°C) and 15% recovery.
2.Flow rates for individual elements may vary but will be no more than +15%.
3.Stabilized salt rejection is generally achieved within 24-48 hours of continuous use; depending upon feedwater characteristics and operating conditions.
4.Sales specifications may vary as design revisions take place.
